/// SPECIAL ABILITY
Self-Propelled Flight: Tony has the ability of self-propelled flight, meaning he has the power to defy the laws of gravity and lift up from the ground. In the air, he can control his flight path by maneuvering his body and changing the speed of his flight. Tony discovered his powers about 8 odd years ago, this means he has compete confidence and almost full control of his abilities. Among The Collective, he's well known for being one of the fastest special humans. The fastest he's ever gone with his power is about 295 MPH.
Tony's power somewhat is a combination of two powers, gryokinesis and aerokinesis. His powers allow him to defy gravity and sort of bend it around himself, although it's completely unnoticeable and there's not some sort of "bubble" of distorted gravity around him, only he himself is able to defy it. The aerokinesis part allows him to fly to high altitudes, something that would kill or cause freezing to normal human beings. this powers also helps when he's flying at superhigh speeds, making sure that he doesn't burn up from the friction. The aerokinesis part of the power doesn't work like a bubble either, for someone he's carrying he'd need to stay in at least the top part of the Troposphere due to breathing complications and he couldn't fly at high speeds.
Tony's power requires concentration in order to work. Focusing better can also help him fly fast and more accurately. Tony has three forms in which he flies. This aren't different powers, just different ways in which he flies due to many different circumstances.
Fast Form; This is Tony's fastest form. This requires the most concentration out of the three forms he uses. He usually doesn't use this form, as it pushes the limits of his powers but when he needs something delivered from The Collective. The fastest he's never clocked in in this form is about 250 MPH, on his best day. Normally he'll fly around 150 MPH when using this form. In this form, Tony flies with in hands on the sides of him and his legs together. It's the uniform and precise of the three forms, this is done for efficiency.
Normal Form; Tony's regular and most used form, it requires a good amount of concentration, but not as much as his Fast Form. This form also has the biggest variation of speeds he flies, ranging from 20 MPH to about 100 MPH. While not as precise at his Fast Form, Tony can carry people while using the form. His stance is a little more relaxed than the one he takes when attempting to travel fast but it's usually efficient.
Hover Form; His easiest flowing and least concentrated form, Tony uses this in combat, while trying to find someone, or when he doesn't feel like walking. This form is very lyrical, from this form Tony can leap to buildings or dodge objects. He uses this form in speeds of 0 MPH to 20 MPH. In this form he'll usually stay in the Troposphere.

/// ABILITY LIMITS
While Tony's powers are amazing, they do have many flaws. His power is a passive one, he can't use them to do damage to his enemies. But he can use his powers to lift and drop enemies or bring them to an altitude that kill them but other than that his abilities fall short of being devastating powerful against an enemy.
Concentration and emotion fuel Tony's powers, manipulating both of these things or just one can have dangerous effects on his powers. Without concentration, he can lose his sense of balance or control while using his powers. This can make his flight sloppy or careless. It can sometimes turn his powers off completely. This would prove fatal if done at dangerous altitudes, making him drop from thousands of feet.
His emotions have the same effect on him. If angry, his powers can be unsteady but quick. If sad, his powers will under perform. If someone can mess with his emotions easily, it will change the way in which he flies drastically.
Under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will have similar effects. They impair Tony's abilities by screwing with his equilibrioception and causing vertigo. Alcohol and drugs have a more profound effect on his abilities, so just some alcohol can truly mess with his powers.
Pain is the last true kryptonite of Tony's powers. Pain will almost certainly affect Tony's powers. Even in a small cases Tony's powers will be affected by pain he has, whether it be emotional or physically. Projectiles that hit him while in the air would either knock him out of the sky or bring him down a few feet depending on the power of the projectile.
Each one of his flight "forms" has it's disadvantages too.
Fast Form; Since this form takes the most concentration to fly as fast, Tony would surely die if he was broken out of this form. He is traveling so fast and at such an altitude that his neck would break or he'd die from no oxygen before he even hit the ground. Tony's fast form is very dangerous because if he were too push himself too hard to the concentration it would take to even get there were to prove fatal. Fast form is also flawed because he's moving at such a fast place that he'll either overshoot the spot he's needed or undershoot it. In fast form it's difficult for him to change direction because of the speeds in which he travels.
Normal Form; His normal form has it's disadvantages too. Like whenever he's traveling a high or fast distance, the breaking of his concentration would grant him at least broken bones if not death. Tony would often carry someone in this form if injured, etc. But given his mood or concentration this would prove fatal since he'd be straining himself to do so.
Hover form; While his hover "form" might be the safest off all three, it can have it's flaws. If his power is broken while he's trying to leap off a building or hovering up to a save someone, he'll probably die. Hover form makes him more susceptible to attacks from projectiles, etc.

/// PERSONALITY
Tony is the essence of cool. He has always been the silent type, with little to say but very cool because what little he did say had profound meaning. Under fire and pressure, he preforms well and later is the one who knew it would all work out. As a kid he was always the one all the other parents would praise because he was quiet and did as he was told. But later, as a teenager, he'd rebel but still keep that silent cool he was know for.
Besides being the cool silent type, Tony has many definite views of the world. He believes that he should be allowed full freedom and without that freedom life would be less than useless. Anyone who would hinder his freedom should be stopped immediately. Despite those views, Tony is a very nihilist person, he believes that people chose their own paths and that those paths truly have no meaning or purpose. It's the true reason why he believes in true freedom, because there are no real laws, only laws in which people make up to control the masses. While he feels that laws are bullshit, he believes in the power of people and that they can make sound and logical discussions.
Tony isn't really a good person, he's no hero by any source. He's very selfish and greedy. He'll lie, cheat and steal to get his way. He'll align himself with those who will only benefit and help him gain wealth. But there are some things that go against all his logic. He doesn't murder, while he believes that there are so such thing as a higher power or laws controlling he can't and won't kill people directly. He doesn't want that on him, murder will only lead to revenge in some sort of way against him.
Tony has some major flaws, he hides his emotions alot. He'll try to keep that cool, calm and collective persona as much as he can. When the shit hits the fan and things hit him hard, Tony's emotions come out hard. If he's angry he'll lost all sense of that persona and go out guns blazing. When stuff happens to him, he can barely handle it. Under influence of alcohol or other substances his true feelings on people come out.
All in all, Tony tries to keep true to himself, regardless of whether people like it or not. The worst thing that could happen to him would be losing his own sense of himself.

/// APPEARANCE
Tony stands at 6'0"and he's about 160 pounds. Tony is a fairly normal guy. He has a stern face that usually doesn't change unless he knows something you don't and he'll give very sly smirks. His olive green eyes are inherited from his mother and his hair from his father, long ago when he had it. Tony has good muscular build in part to all the training he does at the gym, he's well built not like a body builder but well enough.
Tony is big into clothes. He only wears the best. Calvin Klein, DKNY, American Apparel, Abercrombie & Fitch and American Eagle are some of his favorite brands. Anything less than name brand is inferior and worthless to Tony.
Tony has many scars, to be in The Collective scars are a must. He has two knife wounds from when he was stabbed during a drug exchange. He's had several broken and fractured bones from the fights he's gotten into as well. He's got a few scars on his face, but nothing too noticeable. Probably his biggest scar would have to be a bullet wound from a deal gone bad, nothing too major but significant enough.

/// HISTORY
Anthony Martin Kirkman was born on December 1, 1985. He was the first born of both Mark and Bethany Kirkman who would later go on to have another child, Johnathan five years later. The Kirkmans lived a relatively normal life. They worked and lived in New York City. Mark was a construction work and Bethany was a teacher.
Tony's life drastically changed, one day during the summer. Afraid to jump off the diving board when at the pool with his friends he actually ended up flying a few feet in the air. This in turn made him nervous and soon after he came crashing down into the pool. After that day he tried to use and control his power of Flight.
One day while flying around the city, Tony came across a bank robbery in the process. It was then that he discovered that other people had abilities, not the power of Flight but other powers that they used to their advantage. Fascinated, he followed the five all the way to their hide-out and confronted them. He didn't try to get them to turn themselves in, he wanted to join them. His powers had given him free reign to do whatever he wanted, and his was going to use them to get rich.
Soon he joined the team that called themselves "The Collective". In the city he'd be the one to snatch the money and fly off with it to the base. They had all made jokes that they were superheroes, jokingly calling Tony, "The Falcon". Soon his parents knew that he was up to something, but they couldn't pinpoint what. So out of fear they moved their family into the nearby suburbs.
This didn't stop Tony who only got mad that he had to fly a little while out to get back into the city every night. He was never caught by his parents but one night his younger brother, John, asked him where he went at night while he was trying to leave. Tony lied and told him that he was a superhero along with The Collective who used their powers for good. Little did John know what his brother was truly doing with his powers.
A year later, around Tony's sixteenth birthday, the other members of The Collective had decided it was time to leave New York City and move on elsewhere. Using the money and powers they had accumulated, The Collective faked Tony's death as they moved to Miami. With due time The Collective grew. They were a force to be reckoned with, easily thwarting all the other competition in the crime department.
In no time Tony had become a wealthy man. By the time he was eighteen, he had tons of cars and electronics in his high rise apartment. He was one of the youngest members of The Collective but also one of the most powerful. He did whatever he needed to do to get ahead and commanded a unit within The Collective himself. He was also a runner. Transporting drugs, money and information across the country. Now at twenty-four, Tony is happy at where he is in his life. He has achieved his goal of being rich and happy. All thanks to The Collective.

Tony woke up early.
He was normally an early riser.
Sometimes he hated that he woke up early, he'd like some damn sleep. The Collective had him usually running around late at night traveling half way across the United States or sometimes half the world. He'd come home late at night, sometimes not even until the next day, but any time he'd go home to sleep he wouldn't be able to stay asleep for more than five hours. Other times he'd love it, because it would allow him to fly early in the morning.
It was 6 am, he went to bed at 1. He was up the night before flying to New York, to send some "documents" to The Collective connections up there. A few times he hated his job, he was just the messenger , nothing more. But he was fortunate that he wasn't like one of the mindless soldiers being sent to their deaths. He was the youngest of The Six, it gave him less power than the rest but more than the foot soldiers. He was happy that The Collective had gave him the money and the power, but sometimes he wanted respect.
He was annoyed that he was thinking about it too much. The Collective had gave him power, power he would never had if he didn't join them. He decided he would suck it up. He got up and hovered over to his closet. He threw on a black hoodie, track pants, and running sneakers. He then threw a pair of shorts and t-shirt in a book bag. He turned on his TV and tuned on NBC 6 for weather. The news caster said that today would be "Partly Cloudy with a Chance of Rain."
"Perfect," he muttered to himself. His condo was dark, he preferred sleeping with all the lights off. He opened his glass doors to his outside patio. He lived on the top floor of his 38 floor building, the rend was pricey but worth it because he could come and go as he pleased. He closed his eyes and jumped off the railing to his patio. Seconds later his powers kicked in, he zoomed up into the atmosphere as his building disappeared quickly.
He flew high above the city. Miami looked beautiful from the sky, it was hard flying at low altitudes because it would attract to much attention. He had to go to a gym in Fort Lauderdale because it was easier to access using his powers. Sure he could go to a gym in Miami, by taking his car. But where's the fun in that?
Fort Lauderdale was about 30 Minutes away by car, so flying it was only a few minutes. Tony zoomed past Miami within a few seconds, the wind was the only sound he heard as he made his way to Fort Lauderdale. In a few seconds he was already there, the gym was in a secluded part of town. He landed a few feet away, in the woods. He started walking towards the gym when his phone rang. He picked it up, "Ten minutes, something needs to be delivered," the voice said. "Fine," Tony said. Seconds later he had disappeared into the atmosphere and back to Miami.
Did you read the rules: Nah, man, we're a lawless board!
