/// SPECIAL ABILITY
Energy Constructs: Since the day he was born Dalton has always been supplied with an everflowing energy resource. Where exacty in his body this resource is located remains unknown to even him but, it's that very source that has bailed him out of tough situations time and time again. By tapping in to this energetic source, Vesey becomes locked in his own realm unseen to others around him. Once there, he has the ability to craft any item and use them as if they truly existed in the real world. These items can range from simple pots and pans when cooking, to energy hand grenades, to vehicles with enough energy. These objects usally appear as the object except invisible with a red outlining that reflects Vesey's tainted aurora. It should be noted that he must have seen the base of an object that he wants to create. An example of this is this is with a creation born straight from the imagination of Dalton. He calls them "swagger daggers". Essentially, they're energy daggers that explode on impact. Now, in order for him to create such a thing, the young man must have seen and has to be familiar with the properties of a regular knife. Also, the more creative he gets with his inventions, the more energy he takes from himself which could even leave him vulnerable for a good period of time.
Energy Activation: This ability basically makes Dalton a walking battery. Once again, by using his limitless energy source, he can power certain objects that have lost their own power supply. So far, Vesey's not able to do anything incredble but, he has managed to learn how to keep a flame burning underwater by increasing the amount of energy it has. He has great potential and one day, he could very well become powerful enough to jumpstart abilities that have been negated by an ability nullifier. It's in the works right now but, with time and patience the sky will be the limit. But, until then, Dalton will continue using this trick on his television remote and for keeping the lights on in his apartment when he fails to pay the rent.

/// ABILITY LIMITS
Energy Constructs: When it comes to this ability, Dalton has two rules to truly abide by. The first of which is that he must have seen the base object of what he is trying to create. He also must have previously interacted with the object through one of his five senses so that his mind is able to recall the properties of the object. When he can recall the item, his mind is able to distort certain aspects to suit him, however, the more he wishes to change the item,
the more familiar he has to be with the object. The changes are simply modifications or upgrades to an item that can help them do different things. These types of changes require much more energy and drain Dalton a bit quicker. Though he never runs out of energy to manipulate, any loss of energy at once can leave Vesey in a state of vulnerability. Concentration is also key when maintaining these objects. The slightest slip will cause them fot disappear.
Energy Activation: For this ability to work, Dalton must obtain physical contact with the source of whose energy he is trying to activate and he must obtain great concentration in order to control the flow of energy between him and the subject. The slightest slip could waste the energy and leave Dalton groggy for a good amount of time. Also, Vesey must have a clear target in mind for the energy to be transferred to. A lack of this will send the energy...elsewhere.

/// PERSONALITY
Dalton's a truly complicated personality.To understand a man like this one a person would have to use terms such as liar, cheater, playboy, and business man. He's not necessarily ruthless evil and he hasn't quite reached Insane Killer status but, Dal believes he's a legend in his own mind. Sure, he has won a few fights in his days but, this guy runs around like he's a hardened warrior but in reality, it's his mouth that's the fiercest weapon he has. Vesey has all of the personality of a star Jock in highschool. He's overconfident in himself as well his abilities to succeed in something and he could honestly care less of what others think about his attitude. Though he does possess an attitude like this, it isn't as if he walks around bragging about his life. He has his moments where he can slip and seem more cocky than he reall is but than again, who doesn't? Vesey has been known to slip in and out of third person but, he will correct himself...on occasion.
There's also a type of Rico Suave' personality that Dal has come to develope over years of experience when it comes to women. He can adapt to women differently and it seems like that should be his ability. For the lady who enjoys the guy who is more aggressive, he can adapt. This also goes for a lady who likes a softer and more gentle character. No one can ever tell which one is really him because of the fact that he's so manipulative. He can play the part of an innocent peace bringer or that of an obnoxious overbearing tyrant. There's just too many different sides of Dalton to categorize him as one thing or another. He's truly a mix of different things and each different personality makes him more unique. It wouldn't be right to label him as an actor because when he actually gets into these "roles" or personalities, he becomes them. So there's somewhat of a multiple personality dissorder going on there.
On the villain scale of evilness, Vesey would be a Street version of a White Collar Villain. This means that he uses his abilities for his own personal gains. If he decides to actually go through with something, it's probably because there's something in it for him. When it comes to negotiating certain deals, he's the one who asks, "What exactly am I getting out of this?" He's a greedy guy but, when a job needs to be done, one can always count on him to come through in the clutch. He's also a decent leader with cruel and questionable tactics on how to get things finished. Those who have learned to work with him in the past have known that no matter how rediculous his schemes and plans may be, the job will get done and it will be done perfectly. [/i]

/// APPEARANCE
Dalton is an African American male who certain looks his age. Unlike many of the villains who prefer the grungy look, Vesey likes to dress elegantly. His normal outfits include a nice suit like he is shown in above and a sleek pair of glasses. Under his layers of expensive fabrics lies the interior of a warrior. He has an athletic frame which is good but, along with that frame comes a series of random scars on his body. These are from the copious amount of needles that he's been pricked with as well as the skid marks that are the result of using the drugs.

/// HISTORY
Growing up in a small California town was all the Vesey family knew. Firstly, there was Maxwell. A real man of character who owned his own pawn shop near Costa Verde. Maxi was a real classy guy who to the average eye, seemed nothing but, normal. From the stories his mother had told him, his father was more of a legend than anything. She always made him seem so great but, Max never could understand how he was so "Super" when he worked in a crappy pawn shop his whole life. The two seperated fairly early on so, Dalton rarely got to see his father. Everyone else in the neighborhood seemed to agree that he was a real people person who was smoother than a sheet of ice. Though, he wasn't very prominent in his son's life Vesey would go on to decided to try and live up to his father's reputation and during the earlier stages of his life, it wasn't very hard to do. Many loved the young man and praised him for being the "small provider" since there was no man in the house. He worked as a paperboy for a bit but, that would only serve as a waste of time seeing that it didn't pay very well.
Then there was Marissa. She was the light in Dal's life that provided both the mother and whe she could of a father figure for her child. Even though he wasn't especially popular with the girls, she was the only woman that he would ever need. The two were more than just a mother and son duo. They were the best of friends that coped with any difficulties they encountered. The bond that had formed between the two was surely unbreakable and together they shined. They were never as happy without each other as they were with each other and it was shown in their facial expressions and the way that they carried themselves. She worked as a nurse at the nearest hospital and worked hard to keep on the lights for herself and her son. Occasionally, working hard simply wouldn't keep the electric bill paid.
The first fifteen years of the boy's life were very uneventful. He was a mediocre student through out his life but, continuous throbbing pains inside of his head added more to the problem. He was more of a scoialite than anything and even though everyone loved him, he simply couldn't get things done in the classrooms. Vesey had begun to notice that with each passing day, the mind grains worsened until the day HE showed up in his mother and his apartment. The man came off very peculiar as he entered their threashhold without an invintation. There was another man that followed and a certain feeling of fear crept into the spines of both, the son and the mother. Max tried desperately to ease the pain with thoughts of what his heroic father was like but, as his mother's conversation with the men became more personal, Dalton began to wonder whether one of them was his father. The conversation grew from being slight whispers in the kitchen (where they had been seperated from Dalton) to screams. The conversation ended with a clank that left young Vesey with a smile. He had believed that his mother's temper had won out over the swooner but, no. The man dragged her from the kitchen and gave the other instructions on what to do with the boy.
He was blindfolded and escorted to an area that looked much like his neighborhood. The poor kid was too busy crying for his mother to scream for help. Or maybe it was their promises of not hurting the boy that kept him somewhat comfortable. They informed him that nothing that was going to happen to his mother as long as he did everything that they said. Out of the nobility and kindness of his heart, Dalton followed every word they spoke. Whether he knew it or not, they were going to use him and test him with everything they had. Including drugs. It was a resort they had fallen to when nothing else seemed to have worked. So the two croonies stuck the boy with needles and liquids that had been supplied to them by some mysterious source and hoped that his mind would be relaxed enough for his potential to be released. When the process had finished, one of the two gave the child instructions to draw a box with his fingers. And surely, surrounded by a red outline was a clear box. Vesey was too high to understand what was happening but, he did know that whatever that little box was, he was the cause of it, and also that when he created it, the mind grain slowly began to vanish.
This was only the beginning of the tests and the beginning of Dalton's drug addiction. The boy had a good amount of time to practice with the two croonies looking over him. They gave him all the "help" he needed and, in return, he was going to make them millionaires. Years flew by and Vesey's body became more dependant on the drugs than he could have ever wished. He was a walking talking side show who no one cared for anymore. But the henchmen still saw it to be necessary to give him a little outside air every once in a while. Air, that Dalton would one day take advantage of and break from them. He hid in alleys along with other homeless men and women. Until a drug dealer named Leon offered him a job. One that would serve as the "foot in the door" to the underground. His job was to scout potential buyers, convince them to buy the product, and then get them hooked. It was a career that Vesey was good at...maybe a little too good. And when bad breaks happened, Dalton would use the "square trick" the henchman (who are still loking for him) taught him with different objects that he came across.
This ultimately caught the attention of a member of this underground society called the "Collective" who specialized in all types of stuff that Dalton was into. They offered him a job doing the same thing that Leon had him doing except for a lot more money. His job description was a Runner. It was his job to promote, buy, sell, scout any of the products that the club had wanted him to who ever they wanted him to. A job that he'd keep even until this day.
