Personality: Observant and resourceful, Dillon uses his intelligence and keen perception to decipher the world around him, and seems to have much insight into other humans thanks to years of experience he can draw upon quite easily. He has cultivated a professional, persuasive image suitable for his career, but his stern devotion to such usually allows one to expect Dillon to show the same pragmatic and somewhat stuffy attitude. Being so level-headed, he can solve problems with ease and logic, without strong, personal feelings getting in the way of his present goals.
Appearance: Dillon is a large and husky Caucasian man, roughly six feet and two inches tall, carried with poise and posture. His generally clean-cut and well-kempt look matches his status, but the youthful glow conveyed in his beady brown eyes and pert grin often contrasts the maturity of his position. His skin is fair and dotted liberally with freckles all over his face and body, but it burns far too quickly when exposed to sunlight. He has a fairly narrow nose, full 'chipmunk' cheeks, and a head of wavy brown hair with auburn undertones, combed neatly to the side, and never grown longer than an inch or so.
Tailored suits are his only workwear, but he has no problem wearing one almost every day from morning till night. Earthen colors like brown or beige are those he likes best, and modest patterns like pinstripes or houndstooth are fairly common, but his wardrobe slants so far in this direction that it desperately lacks anything outside of this tiny circle of fashion. It even seems that his free time does not earn the right for him to dress too casually, and he would commonly wear slacks, a jacket or sportscoat, and a dress shirt with the top few buttons unlatched. Like a constant companion, a fancy wristwatch tends to round out his ensemble.
Powers/Abilities:
Panmnesia allows Dillon to remember everything his five senses have ever experienced, no matter how small or brief the instance. From there on, he can dredge up any moment of his life with complete accuracy, exactly as the day it happened. As a rather fortunate consequence, remembering everything to have ever happened to him grants him vast reserves of knowledge and wisdom to rely upon, since he can bring back to mind any facts relevant to his situation and extrapolate upon them.
Through touch, Dillon can then go on to activate an ability, called mnemonic contagion, which allows the subject to experience anything the user chooses to remember. For Dillon and the victim, the entire surfaces of their eyes turn opaque and reflective like mirrors, and they are both lulled into a deep trance, immobile. Dillon will go on to replay the chosen memory as he wishes, and the recipient's senses will be led about by the occurrence to which their mind has been sent. In effect, Dillon would be sharing his memories exactly as they happened.

Power Limits:
His memory, although absolute in its retention, shares much of the same limits as that of a normal human. There is no metaphysic aspect to the ability, making it impossible for him to remember things that never happened to him, and he similarly cannot account for times where he was sleeping, unconscious, or otherwise unaware of his surroundings. Likewise, if his mind was at any time blurred by mind-altering substances, he would only remember haziness and disorientation.
If an empowered person were able, they could erase or alter Dillon's memories as well, and brain damage would do much of the same. He personally cannot block or repress bad memories, and certain stimuli would inevitably return bad feelings that he would have to struggle to overcome.
Sharing his memory can only ever effect one person at a time, requiring physical contact and deep concentration that, if they ceased, would bring the current application of his power to an end. During the experience in itself, neither person would be aware of their surroundings, and would thereby be unable to react if danger were present. The time where he applies this power can only last an hour at most, and anything longer would certainly afflict him with a migraine headache.
Though they share a link, he and the recipient cannot communicate in a manner similar to telepathy, and Dillon cannot control their thoughts and emotions any further than merely sending them into the daze where he shows them what he remembers. One with an advanced understanding of his ability has the slim chance of regaining awareness, so as to thwart his grip over them and break free of the mild stupor they have entered, without feeling any ill effects afterward.

Brief Character History: Born in Canada's capital city, Dillon was always bright. He breezed through his schoolwork and usually read books far beyond other children's level of comprehension, but both came at the expense of a healthy social life. At the same time, he was insecure about nearly every quality he had, and, due to a largely conservative upbringing, hid tendencies that made him feel conflicted enough to necessitate therapy. When his mother and father learned of his sexuality, they insisted on paying for 'corrective' counsel that only deepened his depression, to the point where Dillon finally snapped and stood up to them for the only time in his life.
His parents appalled, they sent the teenager to live in Toronto with his mother's brother, who had until then been alienated from Dillon's parents due to being gay himself. Alongside his lover, Dillon's uncle Roger was raising a daughter of his own and had no problems housing Dillon, both men becoming parental figures much more open-minded and supportive than his actual parents. Life felt more comfortable, enough for his grades to carry him on into York University, where he studied law. After graduation and employment under a local firm, a brief stint in the dating world landed him with an intelligent, outspoken Dutch expatriate named Lucas Janzen, with whom he wound up sharing an apartment and a serious relationship.
Even though things floated onward well to a point, Lucas eventually fell into disappointingly bad habits that Dillon felt should end the relationship, expediting the hardest decision Dillon ever had to make. It was time to move on, but during that time, he encountered an intriguing American fellow at his firm. Calling himself Loren Harkinson, he and the man discussed the benefits of Loren's term over several occasions, whether mid-morning coffee, or over dinner and a drink-- the latter of which caused Dillon to wake up one morning in Loren's hotel room, nude under the covers.
Though his memory was hazy, Dillon had apparently said much about how he had been special his entire life, and Loren explained many things so as to enlighten the man. With news of a place for exceptional people like himself, Dillon planned to jump on the offer Loren gave to join his firm in St. Louis, Missouri. As though fate decided to interfere, one last meaningful handshake with Loren dissolved any lingering doubts about Dillon and his abilities. Now, steeped into Loren's cause, Dillon's own motives at the firm are still a mystery.
